The amount of preparation is totally up to you, but there are several things I highly suggest because these equine portraits are very highly detailed! I recommend the horse be as clean as possible/show-ring ready. Dirt and stain free. Mane and forelock brushed straight. Nose, mouth and eyes wiped. Hooves painted. Bridles and bit sparkling clean. Braids also look nice but not necessary.
Black or white background sessions are typically shot in a bridle with the reins removed and a lead rope attached to the bit (which will be edited out in the final images). Leather halters also look nice if you'd prefer that.

All packages include digital images that will be delivered in an online gallery via Pixieset. Completion of images into your gallery depends on the type of session, but my typical turn around is 2-4 weeks (sometimes up to 6 depending on how busy I am).

Don't be worried about scratches, scars, fungus or other blemishes, I will remove them free of charge! However I can not edit to make a dirty horse clean. This includes the bridle. Keeping in mind, that the more editing the longer it will take to receive the images, but I want you to be absolutely happy with every image you receive! If there is any extensive editing, it will be an extra charge.

There are several options to choose from. Payment by etransfer, cash or cheque is preferred. If you wish to pay online with credit card or Paypal, there will be an option to pay online when I send you the contract. I also require a 50% deposit for all sessions. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking and will only be refunded if the session is forced to be cancelled due to inclement weather.
